Anything is possible! Massage Envy is running a $5/ticket raffle for a full year’s membership. All proceeds are going to Ladybug Connections, a local organization started by Gina Drohan, owner of The Plaza North Massage Envy.
Gina was looking for a way to honor her late grandmother (whom we had the honor and pleasure of meeting at Massage Envy’s grand opening about 5 years ago). Gina’s grandmother had been a strong proponent of helping people in need in her native Romania and Gina saw a need locally when she started volunteering at the food pantry at Luchessi Community Center. Thus – Ladybug Connections was born. Ladybug Connections is currently working out of a storefront at The Plaza North.
Gina keeps donors posted regarding what current needs are – be it clothing, furniture, househeld items, etc., through the Ladybug Connections Facebook Page.
Raffle tickets are available through May 1st at The Plaza North Massage Envy – located between Kmart and Trader Joe’s. Hurry – the raffle ends May 1st.

Called Ladybug Connections, the effort was created in honor of Drohan’s Romanian-born grandmother, Lucretia Carlomagno or “Ketzie” as she was known to friends, who died last December at the age of 92. via Petaluma Patch.
