The Capalina Sundae

Don Pancho’s has a delicious new dessert – just in time for summer:  the Capalina Sundae.  A scoop of vanilla ice cream in a deep fried flour tortilla, with your choice of fudge, strawberry or caramel syrup.  If that wasn’t enough, two dollops of cinnamon dusted whipped cream surround the ice cream and tortilla. I know it’s hard sometimes to think about ordering dessert after having one of Don Pancho’s fabulous and filling meals, but next time leave a little room. You won’t be disappointed by the new Capalina Sundae.
